We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier tracking record) to request a return.
Return requests submitted after 90 days from confirmed delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Tags (if applicable) must be attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

- Customers must contact their local carrier for delivery disputes
We reserve the right to provide carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, and proof of shipment in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback claim.
7. Personalized & Customized Products
Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
Refund Conditions (Customized Items Only):
Refunds are only granted if:
- Product packaging is severely damaged upon arrival
- The product itself is damaged
- Printing or engraving error caused by us
- Carrier officially confirms non-delivery
- A manufacturing defect affects normal use
Customized products are not eligible for return due to personal preference.
8. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

- Refuse returns that show signs of use or tampering

- Reject repeated refund claims from the same customer account
