1. Delivery Timeline Overview
To estimate when your package will arrive, please use the following formula:
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time
Step 1: Production & Processing (Lead Time)
Before we ship, every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection and custom crafting process.

2. Logistics Partners

Final Mile: For US orders, final delivery is typically completed by USPS once the package clears customs.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

Update Frequency: Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier’s system to update the initial tracking data.

Live Tracking: You can monitor your package directly at Sokidsun Tracking Portal.

Transit Note: It is normal for international packages to show no updates for a few days while transitioning through customs. Updates will resume once the package reaches your country.
4. Shipping Requirements & Restrictions

No PO Box / APO / FPO: We require a physical residential or business address for all deliveries.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your house number and contact details are 100% accurate. Sokidsun is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Origin: All high-quality products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.
5. Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you faster, orders containing multiple products may be shipped from different warehouses.

Items may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.
6. Delivery Responsibility & Loss

Risk of Loss: Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," the responsibility shifts to the recipient. Sokidsun is not liable for packages stolen after delivery or lost due to secure location drops.

Disputes: If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier immediately.
