By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 90-Day Return Window
We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier tracking record) to request a return.
Return requests submitted after 90 days from confirmed delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging must be included

Tags (if applicable) must be attached

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Do not send items back without receiving confirmation and return instructions from us.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
4. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Refunds cannot be redirected to another account

Processing time: 1–2 business days (bank processing time may vary)
We do not issue refunds before returned items are received and verified.
5. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
If Due to Our Error:

Provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping fee
If Due to Customer Reason:
(Change of mind, ordered wrong size, not as expected, etc.)

Sokidsun is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking
6. Delivery Confirmation & Disputes
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier:

The delivery confirmation record serves as proof of fulfillment

Sokidsun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Customers must contact their local carrier for delivery disputes
We reserve the right to provide carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, and proof of shipment in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback claim.
7. Personalized & Customized Products
Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Order Cancellation:

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
Refunds for customized items are only granted under the following conditions:

Product packaging is severely damaged upon arrival

The product itself is damaged

Printing or engraving error caused by us

Carrier officially confirms non-delivery

A manufacturing defect affects normal use
Customized products are not eligible for return due to personal preference.
8. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to:

Refuse returns that show signs of use or tampering

Deny refund claims that contradict carrier delivery confirmation

Reject repeated refund claims from the same customer account

Provide full documentation (tracking, carrier confirmation, communication records) to payment providers in case of disputes
Any attempt to abuse the return policy may result in refusal of future service.
