At Sokidsun, we strive to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and tracking.

1. Delivery Timeline Overview

To estimate when your package will arrive, please use the following formula:

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time

Step 1: Production & Processing (Lead Time)

Before we ship, every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection and custom crafting process.

• Standard Items: 1–2 business days.

• Personalized/Customized Items: 1–3 business days.

2. Logistics Partners

We collaborate with top-tier global logistics providers to ensure reliability:

• Premium Carriers: SF Express, 4PX, Yun Express, and FedEx.

• Final Mile: For US orders, final delivery is typically completed by USPS once the package clears customs.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

• Update Frequency: Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier’s system to update the initial tracking data.

• Live Tracking: You can monitor your package directly at Sokidsun Tracking Portal.

• Transit Note: It is normal for international packages to show no updates for a few days while transitioning through customs. Updates will resume once the package reaches your country.

4. Shipping Requirements & Restrictions

• No PO Box / APO / FPO: We require a physical residential or business address for all deliveries.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your house number and contact details are 100% accurate. Sokidsun is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

• Origin: All high-quality products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.

5. Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you faster, orders containing multiple products may be shipped from different warehouses.

• Items may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

• No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.

6. Delivery Responsibility & Loss

• Risk of Loss: Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," the responsibility shifts to the recipient. Sokidsun is not liable for packages stolen after delivery or lost due to secure location drops.

• Disputes: If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier immediately.

At Sokidsun, we are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 90-Day Return Window

We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier tracking record) to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 90 days from confirmed delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Tags (if applicable) must be attached
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Do not send items back without receiving confirmation and return instructions from us.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

4. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
• Refunds cannot be redirected to another account
• Processing time: 1–2 business days (bank processing time may vary)

We do not issue refunds before returned items are received and verified.

5. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

If Due to Our Error:
(Product defect, manufacturing issue, incorrect item shipped)

We will:

• Cover all return shipping costs
• Provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping fees

If Due to Customer Reason:
(Change of mind, ordered wrong size, not as expected, etc.)

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
• We do not cover return shipping fees
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
• Sokidsun is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking

6. Delivery Confirmation & Disputes

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier:

• The delivery confirmation record serves as proof of fulfillment
• Sokidsun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Customers must contact their local carrier for delivery disputes

We reserve the right to provide carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, and proof of shipment in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback claim.

7. Personalized & Customized Products

Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Order Cancellation:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

Refund Conditions (Customized Items Only):

Refunds are only granted if:

• Product packaging is severely damaged upon arrival
• The product itself is damaged
• Printing or engraving error caused by us
• Carrier officially confirms non-delivery
• A manufacturing defect affects normal use

Customized products are not eligible for return due to personal preference.

8. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns that show signs of use or tampering
• Deny refund claims that contradict carrier delivery confirmation
• Reject repeated refund claims from the same customer account

We may provide full documentation (tracking, carrier confirmation, communication records) to payment providers in case of disputes.

Any attempt to abuse the return policy may result in refusal of future service.
